CALIDO I, is a modern type, very correct with movement suitable for dressage as well.

His pedigree shows 3 x COR DE LA BRYÉRE, 3 x xx COTTAGE SON, 3 x RAMZES AA and 2 x SIGHT xx. His grandmother KOLLET (sired by ROMAN) brought six dressage and jumping horses, all successful to the S-level. CALIDO's father is CANTUS, international desired as producer of a fleet highly successful showjumpers. CANTUS 'father CALETTO I wrote sporting history by being the most successful jumper of Germany in Nationsprize with his rider Dr. M. Rüping .CALIDO's great-grandfather CORIANDER was victorious in dressage competing at S-level.

During his stallion performance test in Adelsheidsdorf CALIDO was awarded a top score of 10.0 for his potential and scope, making him the best in the jumping category of 53 participants with an index of 140 points. His FN jumping index of 144 and dressage index of 117 shows that he is a talented, athletic and versatile stallion.

In 1996, Calido I gained 25 victories, including the final qualification of the German Young Horse Championships in Warendorf . His superior breeding value firmly secures his top position for many years, confirmed by the numerous victories of his progeny.. His outstanding offspring include Coup de Coeur, German champion 2006 + 2007 under Rene Tebbel, Noblesse M, Grand Prix winner 2007 in Helsinki and La Coronia under Pius Switzer, Eurocommerce Acapulco under Gerco Schröder.
