Competing in dressage on the Florida International High Performance Circuit in 2008, Parcival earned 2008 HOY All-Breeds (KWPN) A/A Intermediaire I, and 2008 Markel Amateur Winter Champion Int. I (avg. 69.277%) and PSG (avg. 69.361%). In his first season competing in the U.S., Parcival was 2007 USDF HOY A/A Prix St. Georges and HOY All-Breeds (KWPN) A/A PSG. Presently preparing for the Grand Prix.
Parcival is also very well bred for the jumper. Both his sire and dam have produced successful international Grand Prix jumpers, including Pavarotti (by Lancelot), currently successful in the Grand Prix ring with U.S. Team rider Todd Minikus; Jeroen Dubbeldam's grand prix mount Nassau, who shares Parcival's damline (Jolanda); and Hamar (Mythens x Tamara), a KWPN approved stallion who also jumped successfully in the United States with USET rider Laura Chapot, and sired successful grand prix jumpers such as Blue Danube.
