Ragtime has tremendous athletic ability and wonderful temperament and personality combined with a great mind. In his 100 day test he had high score for rideability, a dressage index of 130, and an overall score of 119.85, fifth out of twenty.
In 2010 Ragtime was the USEF Hunter Breeding Sire Champion of the Year.
Ragtime's offspring dominated the 2010 Hunter Breeding Divisions. Both the National and Zone 10 Hunter Breeding Three Year Old Horse of the Year, Ragtime Cowboy and the National and Zone 10 Hunter Breeding Yearling Horse of the Year, Rendezvous are both Ragtime/Misty View offspring. In Zone 10 the Hunter Breeding Three Year Old Champion and Reserve, Ragtime Cowboy and Meridian (Ragtime/Early Evening) are both by Ragtime.
Also at the 2010 International Hunter Futurity West Coast Championship Raggedy Music (Ragtime/Pia'sadorable) was the Three Year Old Performance Grand Champion with Ragtime Cowboy earning the Three Year Old Performance Reserve Grand Champion. Also, Rockabilly (Ragtime/Rapture) won the Two Year Old Under Saddle. In the Sallie B. Wheeler West Coast, Ragtime Cowboy was the Champion and Rendezvous was Reserve Champion. Ragtime Cowboy was also the Sallie B. Wheeler National Reserve Champion.
Ragtime competed extensively in the Regular Working Hunter and Regular Conformation Hunters rings. He won many championships in both divisions. His sire, Regazzoni, and grandsires Rubinstein and Grande are proven performers and more importantly proven producers of high quality and successful progeny.
Ragtime's offspring are proving he is also a producer of high quality and successful progeny. He has produced many premium foals, with Champions and Reserve Champions at ISR/Oldenburg NA inspections.
