Admiral Z comes from a long line of proven performers. Leon Melchoir bred him at the Zangersheide stud farm in Belgium. His sire Atlantus Z descends from Athlet Z. Athlet Z was successful in show jumping competitions through the Grand Prix level. Athlet Z was the producer of many international show jumping horses, Athletico (Ludger Beerbaum), Athlet Z (Willi Melliger) and Amadeus (Lars Neiberg).
Alme Z is present on both Admiral Z's sire and dam side. Alme Z sired such international performers as Galoubet, I Love You and Jalisco.
His great-grandsire on his sire's side, Sacramento Song stood for 7 seasons in Holstein. He sired Societe (D. Hafemeister, Nelson Pessoa), San Siro (G. Muller) and Sandro (Franke Sloothaak).
Ramiro Z sired Admiral Z's dam. Ramiro Z was not only an exceptional sire, he had numerous wins at all levels of show jumping - National Cups, Puissance and in International Grand Prix competition. Ramiro Z's daughter, Ratina Z won both the gold and silver at the Barcelona Olympics and won the Volve World Cup in 1993. Ramiro passes on his power and performance to his offspring.
Admiral Z has offspring competing successfully in the show jumping arena. Admiral Z passes on his wonderful disposition, his willingness to work, and his athleticism. For more information on Admiral Z and the other Wild Turkey Farm stallions, please visit wildturkeyfarm.com.
