Hilltop Farms Inc.

Open to everyone, the two day event will contain information for breeders, judges, riders, and horse enthusiasts alike. The seminar is USDF University accredited as well as a prerequisite for the USEF dressage/sport horse breeding judge license. Composed of both classroom lecture portions and hands-on evaluations of quality sport horses, the event will give valuable insight into the "ideal" movement and conformation of a sport horse, selection of a quality sport horse, considerations when selecting breeding stock, and competition rules and judging guidelines.

The clinician, Melissa Creswick, is a USEF sport horse breeding "r" judge as well as an USDF "S" judge. She has judged at numerous USDF Sport Horse Regional Finals, including Dressage at Devon. A stable owner and head trainer of Clovis Training Center in California for twenty-five years, she has a keen interest in "form to function" as the cornerstone of her judging principles. As part of her commitment to the development of sport horses, she has also served on the USDF sport horse committee as well as numerous other committees.

Hilltop Farm, located on over five hundred acres of rolling hills in the heartland of Maryland, is one of the leading sport horse centers in the U.S. In addition to standing numerous stallions, Hilltop also offers Mare Management, Young Horse Raising, Sales, and Training Services.
